Are rape trials different?
We're back in a Crown Court somewhere in England and Wales but we're taking a temporary break from rape and serious sex offence cases. First, because there's something I want you to see. Second, because if we're examining mainstream claims that rape trials are "different" then we need to see what happens in non-rape trials... don't we?
